11月30日，针对“一带一路”国际市场需求，应四川文杰食品有限公司邀请，四川哈俩里认证服务有限公司组织中泰专家组对该公司清真标准化生产基地进行实地调研，并提供全流程HALAL改造策划及指导。

November 30th, Sichuan Halal Certification Service Co.,Ltd. organized auditors of Central Islamic Council of Thailand to conduct investigation on the production base of Halal standardization and provided a whole process of planning and guidance about the Halal certification.

参加本次策划指导的专家有：泰国伊斯兰中央委员会秘书长Seri Lamprasert先生、该委审计专家Narong Khantanit先生以及四川清真食品专委会会长马志军先生，四川文杰食品有限公司董事长李平杰全程陪同。

Mr.Seri Lamprasert and Mr.Narong Khantanit from Central Islamic Council of Thailand,Mr.Ma from Sichuan International Chamber of Commerce Halal Food Professional Committee attended,with the accompany of Mr.Li, the Chairman of Sichuan Wenjie Food Co.,Ltd.

专家组抵达绵阳基地后，双方首先进行了简要的沟通，李平杰董事长亲自向专家组详细介绍了绵阳生产基地的产品肉纸的原料、配料来源，并请专家组专家核验许可证等基础资料。

After the expert group arrived at Mianyang base, the two sides had a brief meeting about the introduction of the material origin,and the related certifications that the company have gotten.

随后，专家组在李平杰董事长的带领和讲解下，详细查看了厂区、生产设备及相关设施并根据实际提出改进建议。

After that,based on the introduction and explanation of Chairman Li, the expert group inspected the factory area, production equipment and relevant facilities in detail and put forward suggestions for improvement according to the actual situation.

该工厂生熟车间间隔分明。在生食车间食材解冻区，专家特别提出解冻后的食材需用活水清洗，而且在绞肉、打浆、灌模、速冻以后的切片之前都需再次活水清洗。

The plant's ripening workshop is well spaced. In thawing area of the food workshop, experts proposed that the defrosted food materials should be cleaned with live water and they should be cleaned again before meat grinding, pulping, filling and quick-frozen slices.

工厂的包装区位于熟食车间，包装材料皆通过消毒箱后方可使用。

The packing area of the factory is located in the delicatessen workshop. The packing materials can only be used after passing through the sterilization box.

工厂查看结束后，专家组集体讨论整理了该生产基地存在的问题，按照国际HALAL标准为企业定制了生产基地清真标准化筹备期整改方案与企业高管集中交换了意见。

After the factory inspection, the expert group and representatives of the company gathered again and forwarded the direction and suggestions on the preparation of halal certification.
