12月17日，四川国际商会清真食品专委会会长马志军参加完2018年国际清真大会全部议程后，与优盘联队商贸有限公司总经理罗华马不停蹄地赶往巴基斯坦拉合尔，开启为期一周的巴基斯坦商务考察。

On December 17, Mr. Ma Zhijun, president of Sichuan International Chamber of Commerce Halal Food Professional Committee, after all the agenda of the 2018 Thailand Halal Assembly, he and Luo Hua, General Manager of Youpan United Business and Trade Co., Ltd., went to Lahore, Pakistan, and started a week-long business trip to Pakistan.

是日上午，马志军会长一行与巴基斯坦——中国工商联合会(FPCCI)前任主席、Din Group董事长S.M.Naveed举行了会面。双方就目前正在合作推动的巴基斯坦（成都）经贸中心、巴基斯坦熊猫中心以及2019年3月举办的中国西部——中巴经济走廊投资合作大会等项目进行了深入交流。

This morning, Mr. Ma Zhijun and his delegation met with S.M. Naveed, former president of Pakistan-China Joint Chamber of Commerce&Industry and chairman of Din Group. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on Pakistan (Chengdu) Economic and Trade Center, Pakistan Panda Center and “Pakistan-China Economic Corridor”Investment and Cooperation Conference held in March 2019.

马志军会长向Naveed先生详细介绍了在国内筹备工作推进情况及后续打算，并希望得到巴基斯坦——中国工商联合会的支持和帮助。Naveed先生认为相关合作项目将极大地拓展巴基斯坦与中国西部的经贸人文联系，为两国企业和人民搭建新的文明交流互鉴的桥梁，必将得到两国政府及相关机构的支持。Naveed先生对马志军会长为促进中巴友谊所做的工作表示衷心感谢。

Mr. Ma briefed Mr. Naveed on the progress of domestic preparations and follow-up plans, and hoped to get the support and assistance from Pakistan-China Joint Chamber of Commerce&Industry. Mr. Naveed believed that the relevant cooperation projects would greatly expand economic, trade and cultural ties, and build a new bridge for civilized exchanges among enterprises and people between two sides, which would surely be supported by the governments of the two countries and relevant institutions. Mr. Naveed expressed his heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ma for his work in promoting friendship between China and Pakistan.

在Naveed先生引荐下，马志军会长和罗华总经理会见了巴基斯坦——中国工商联合会主席巴基斯坦海尔集团，巴基斯坦福田汽车总裁Faisal，双方就合作项目细节进行了深入交流，达成广泛共识。Faisal主席表示，将积极参与巴基斯坦熊猫中心及巴基斯坦（成都）经贸促进中心项目为中国西部——中巴经济走廊投资合作大会顺利召开全力协调巴基斯坦政府及有关部门，支持双边系列合作项目的落地实施，共同打造中巴企业经贸往来和文化交流的大型跨国平台。

On the recommendation of Mr. Naveed, Mr. Ma Zhijun and Mr. Luo Hua met with Mr. Faisal, Chairman of Pakistan-China Joint Chamber of Commerce&Industry, president of Pakistani Haier Group and Pakistan Fukuda Motor Co., Ltd. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on details of the cooperation projects and reached broad consensus. Chairman Faisal said that he would actively participate in these projects and coordinate the efforts of the Pakistani government and relevant departments, support the implementation of bilateral cooperation projects, and jointly build a large transnational platform for economic, trade and cultural exchanges between two sides.

随后，马志军会长、罗华总经理和Naveed先生及Faisal先生共进午餐。

Later, Mr. Ma, Mr. Luo, Mr. Naveed and Mr. Faisal had lunch together.

午餐后，Naveed先生陪同马志军会长和罗华总经理，到熊猫中心的备选地址实地查看。

After lunch, Mr. Naveed accompanied with Mr. Ma and Mr. Luo and visited the alternative address of Panda Center.
