四川国际商会清真食品专委会代表团离开拉合尔后赴巴基斯坦首都伊斯兰堡继续中巴交流合作之行。

After leaving Lahore, the delegation of Sichuan International Chamber of Commerce Halal Food Professional Committee went to Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, to continue the exchange and cooperation between China and Pakistan.

20日上午，马志军会长、优盘联队罗华总经理及中巴文化教育中心马志伟董事，与巴基斯坦石油集团Shahzad集团负责人Abdullah Zafar举行会面，详细沟通伊斯兰堡“熊猫中心”项目筹备进展。

On Dec. 20th, Mr. Ma Zhijun, Chairman of the Comittee, Mr. Luo Hua,General Manager of Youpan Union Co., Ltd. and Ma Zhiwei, Director of China-Pakistan Educational Cultural Institute, met with Abdullah Zafar, the representative of Shahzad Group, and conducted in-depth exchanges on the "panda center" project in Islamabad.

随后与Abdullah Zafar一起参观了备选场地，在现场对熊猫中心的功能做了详细的沟通交流。

Afterwards, visited the alternative sites with Abdullah Zafar and made detailed communication on the functions of the Panda Center.

Abdullah Zafar表示“熊猫中心”项目是Shahzad集团的重点项目，Shahzad集团董事会高度重视并将项目情况向国家及伊斯兰堡市领导进行了汇报。伊斯兰堡市长及首席议长非常欢迎和支持“熊猫中心”项目。双方约定2019年2月在伊斯兰堡举行签约仪式，届时伊斯兰堡市主要领导和Shahzad集团董事会主席会参加并见证。

Abdullah Zafar said that the Panda Center project was a key project of the Shahzad Group, and the board of directors of the Group attached great importance to the project and reported it to the leaders of the state and the city of Islamabad. The Mayor and Chief Speaker of Islamabad welcomed and supported the Panda Center project. The two sides agreed to hold a signing ceremony in Islamabad in February 2019, at which the principal leaders of Islamabad and Shahzad Group will attend and witness.

下午，马会长一行到中巴教育文化中心（CPECI）参观。校长马斌和董事马志伟向马会长一行做了详细的介绍。

In the afternoon, Mr. Ma and the delegation visited the China-Pakistan Educational Cultural Institute. Headmaster Ma Bin and director Ma Zhiwei gave a detailed introduction of the institute.

该中心是2016年在驻巴大使馆和华人华侨协会的大力支持下，经巴基斯坦政府批准注册成立。现教学场所达900平米左右，教职员工共30多人。拥有伊斯兰堡地区人数最多、规模最大的汉语中小学学校。

The institute was established in 2016 with the strong support of the Embassy in Pakistan and the Overseas Chinese Association, and was approved by the Pakistani government for registration. At present, the teaching place is about 900 square meters, and there are more than 30 teachers. And its Chinese primary and secondary schools are the largest in Islamabad.

马会长高度赞赏中巴教育文化中心对两国文化交流所做的贡献，立足汉语言教学的同时积极承担传播中国文化的责任，是“一带一路，文化先行”的表率。

Mr. Ma highly appreciated the contribution made by the institute to the cultural exchanges between the two countries. Based on the teaching of Chinese language, it actively assumed the responsibility of spreading Chinese culture.

随后，考察团前往巴基斯坦第三大城市拉瓦尔品地进行了实地考察。晚上，在四川省贸促会驻巴基斯坦办事处主任马坚邀请下共进晚餐，双方就目前促进中巴经贸文化交流的项目做了全方位的沟通。

Subsequently, the delegation made an inspection to Rawalpin, Pakistan's third largest city. In the evening, they had dinner at the invitation of Ma Jian, the director of the Sichuan Trade Promotion Association's office in Pakistan. The two sides had a comprehensive communication on the current projects to promote economic, trade and cultural exchanges between China and Pakistan.

21日上午，马会长和罗华总经理一行在马志伟董事和马坚主任的陪同下，拜会了中国驻巴基斯坦大使馆经济商务参赞王志华先生。

On the morning of the 21st, accompanied by Director Ma Zhiwei and Director Ma Jian, Mr. Ma and Mr. Luohua met with Mr. Wang Zhihua, the Commercial Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan.

马会长向王志华参赞讲解了“熊猫中心”项目的设想和筹备情况。

Mr. Ma explained to Counsellor Wang Zhihua the idea and preparation of the Panda Center project.

王志华参赞对该项目非常认可，希望专委会能搭建好这个中巴经贸交流平台，服务更多的四川企业开拓巴基斯坦市场，并表示会全力协调相关部门支持专委会的工作落地落实。

Counsellor Wang Zhihua highly recognized the project. He hoped that the committee could set up this platform for economic and trade exchanges between China and Pakistan and help more Sichuan enterprises to explore the Pakistan market, and said that he would fully coordinate the relevant departments to support the implementation.

中午，马会长一行与国家人类发展委员会成员、新几内亚驻巴基斯坦名誉领事Mobashir Ahmed Bhatti博士一行进行了会面。

At noon, Mr. Ma and his delegation met with Dr. Mobashir Ahmed Bhatti, Member of National Commission for Human Development(NCHD) and Designate Honorary Consul Pupa New Guinea in Pakistan.

Mobashir Ahmed Bhatti博士团队拟在巴基斯坦、马来西亚等国建设清真食品加工园区，

表示园区项目受到巴基斯坦政府的高度重视，并欢迎专委会共同参与园区建设。

The team of Dr Mobashir Ahmed Bhatti plans to build halal food industrial parks in Pakistan, Malaysia and other countries. He said that the park project is highly valued by the Pakistani government and the committee is warmly welcomed to participate in the construction of the park.

马会长表示巴基斯坦有望通过清真产业园项目建设“世界清真中央厨房”，表示将到产业园项目进行实地考察，对项目的具体情况做更详尽的了解，期待双方在清真食品领域有更进一步的合作。

Mr. Ma said that Pakistan is hopeful to build the "World Central Kitchen for Halal Food " through the Industrial Park project, and the delegation planed to pay a visit so as to make a more detailed understanding of the specific situation and looked forward to further cooperation in the field of halal food.
